The Opportunity

UnicSkin didn’t have a conversion problem to fix; it had a positioning advantage to extend, and a commercial one inside it. A premium LED device is a powerful first purchase, but a one-time one. Real results come from a routine used consistently, ampoules, serums, masks, scalp care, and those consumables are where repeat revenue lives: the device is bought once, the routine again and again.

For a device maker, an AI diagnostic becomes a digital layer over the hardware: it tells the customer why to use the device, how to fit it into a routine, and which products complete the result.

The Solution
